Task 1) I am looking for someone to install meta tags on my oscommerce site and assist with search engine optimisation.

Please describe how you would do this, how long it would take, how much you would charge and some samples of this type of work that you have done.

Task 2) I am also looking for someone (but this can be separate) to write reviews and marketing material for my site / products. As above please describe how you would do this, how long it would take, how much you would charge and some samples of this type of work that you have done.

I am looking for someone who speaks / writes fluent English so there are no communication barriers.
