I'm producing video profiles for company websites, average length 1.5 to 2 min. Looking for someone to edit AVCHD footage, on more…a regular basis, possible three or four jobs a week, from their own workstation. Some jobs would be pretty straightforward, eg an interview with a static cutaway or two and music/titles, others would have action cutaways. These are not high-end productions, so I have a very limited budget. Job may suit an experienced student. What is important though, is that the editor has the ability to understand the story to be told, and can come up with the goods with minimum liaison. Someone working in FCP X or 7 would be ideal, but not essential.
