- Provide accurate cost estimates from high level and spec documentation.
- Must be able to adapt quickly as the project has already commenced.
- Must reside in Australia and have a current ABN
- Available after hours and weekends, as required.

- Improvements to an existing website (http://www.pla.org.au)
- Attached is the Project Brief.
- Delivery by the end of Febraury.
- Working closely with the previous Developer and Business Analyst.
