Discover: I utilise a range of tools to understand organisations and businesses, the world they operate in, their audiences, objectives, competitors and their capabilities. I then make recommendations to inform strategy, product, and campaign development.
Decide: I determine objectives and make key decisions based on insight which lay out a plan to achieving them. This may be a high level digital or organisational strategy, campaign strategy, or an overarching plan to develop a new product.
Deliver: I get hands on - leading the design and development of products, payment technologies, and detailed granular campaign, media and testing plans. I also set up and manage marketing and fundraising campaigns across traditional and digital channels, buy and optimise digital media, and if something's not working as it should, I use a suite of tools to analyse and improve performance.
