The NSCA had been recently disbanded. It was to become in due course the SES. However, the remarkable stories of the all those men and women needed telling. The book started as a ghostwriting exercise, and ended as a complete non-fiction treatment of the organisation. It took three months to research, and involved extensive interviews with 40 operatives. It finally ran to 300+ pages. It told the story of the heroic rescues - from sea, mountains and air. The book was published to wide acclaim.

The Victorian curriculum (VCE) required a specialist book on its new 'Writing Workshop' component. This book, published by Macmillan, covered all aspects of 'how to write'. It was a detailed manual for Year 12 students. The book went on to become a bestseller, which excellent reviews and widespread use throughout the profession.
The Jihadi Brides Conspiracy
This thriller novel takes as its core subject the actions of ISIS and the murderous 'caliphate' it set up in the Middle East. The heroes of the story accidentally meet three English girls who have been tricked into being 'jihadi brides'. What the girls don't know is that they are being used as pawns in a larger game of revenge between the Islamist masterpiece and his long time Israeli rival. The novel is set in Majorca, Barcelona, Nice and Monaco. It is an adult thriller with plenty of action and suspense.
