I have 10 years experience as a proofreader and copyeditor. I am in my final semester of a Postgraduate Diploma of Arts (Editing and Communications) at the University of Melbourne. I am also a member of Editors Victoria. My services include: copyediting, proofreading, structural editing and desktop publishing. Areas of expertise include: copyediting and proofreading reports, trade newsletters, brochures, website content and academic theses. I am able to work with large complex documents including tables, charts, tables of contents, lists of figures and indexes. I am also experienced in production proofing and liaising with printers. Academic theses are edited according to the Institute of Professional Editors’ Guidelines for editing research theses.
