I am a qualified overseas practitioner with six years of legal experience. I have three years experience representing before Indian High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Magistrate Courts relating to family, civil, employment and criminal cases.

I have three years experience working for Corporates and Law firms in US. I have gained experience in managing a legal team which provides E- Discovery, Contract Management and Paralegal services to global companies and Law firms. I have attained knowledge in handling paralegal work relating to Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate, Wrongful Death, Contracts, Workmen Compensation, Garnishment, Family Law, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, etc. I assist lawyers in drafting Motions & Pleadings, Notice of Appearance, Deposition Summary, Settlement Demand Letters, Drafting letters on behalf of Attorneys, Maintaining of Attorney's Calendar, Statutory and Legal Research using necessary tools, etc. As required by VLAB, I am doing my law units with Victoria University as required by the Legal Admission Board.
