During my academic and professional career I have developed a writing method that allows for difficult information to be delivered simply and effectively. I generally write about medical, health, technological, and scientific topics, however have explored other areas and have confidence in my writing and analytical skills to tackle any project. I am also eager to advance my writing skills and professional capability by taking on challenging jobs. My technical writing has steadily improved over the past six years during my academic and professional career. In my managerial position in the field of Exercise Physiology I planned, created and edited technical documents including manuals, protocols, procedures, user guides, work instructions, quick reference guides, troubleshooting guides, presentations, patient information sheets, and brochures. I have also written and edited scientific papers during my academic career. I am currently studying Nuclear Medicine, and working as a freelance technical writer and editor. I have worked for health-based companies to create and review staff protocols and procedures, user guides, equipment manuals, and patient information material involving complex medical information.
