Nepean River Dairy is a new player within the Australian Dairy industry, producing products which are sold domestically and exported to South East Asia with a focus on China.

We have a state of the art manufacturing facility at Winston Hills, NSW.

We require a corporate video with a few variations:

  • 2 min corporate video which can be used on you tube, website etc
  • 30 sec video cut down to be sent across to China
  • Chinese New Year message from the NRD Team to Chinese Customers

We will require a combination of video stock footage (for farms, drinking milk etc) as well as the factory, processing etc, and face to camera comments from the CEO. We will also need a voice over across the video explaining key points with a music bed.

Timing: This is a very short time frame project. We will need to film within the week of 13/1 and have finalised for the following week prior to the Chinese New Year holidays. (25/1)

Hey Colette,

My name's Max and I'm a Sydney based video producer.

I've worked on major projects for the Australian farming industry, I will add some links for work I've done for the Australian Wool Network which is very relevant.

It seems like we will need to do either 2 or 3 shoots to gather all the footage we need. A day the processing facility and a day where we have an interview with the CEO (would be great to film on a green farm background) We can also shoot an actual farm where the milk is sourced and some people drinking milk or just use stock footage. Good stock footage will be expensive for the right clips, I would recommend we shoot this footage instead of getting stock but may be an issue with the time constraints.

I shoot with a high end cinema camera set up and immaculate stabilization and audio + lighting gear for the piece to camera from the CEO. I'm highly experienced in creating videos which deliver clear stories and messages. I can advise on all stages of planning and make sure everything proceeds swiftly and smoothly to create the content you're looking for.

If we get started immediately we can definitely meet the delivery date for Chinese New Year.

Hello Colette My colleague www.mediacraftinteractive.com.au and I may be interested to produce your video.

But in order to provide a detailed quote I will additional information: Stock footage: do you mean purchase those clips from libraries such as Shutterstock and Getty Images or do you have access to farms/people drinking milk for us to capture original footage? The cost of purchasing stock footage is dependent on length of clip, the usage and the viewing market. Do you require translation services or sub-titles in Chinese?

Good morning Lyndall, Thanks for your note. Stock Footage - Yes I was meaning purchasing video footage from shutterstock etc. I do not have any video footage on file. I appreciate that there is a varied cost for this footage, if you could quote on an estimate and we can adjust the quote as needed when working through.
No translation is required. We have an office in China and they can arrange this.
