Andrew, I am a qualified accountant with extensive excel skills which should enable me to manipulate the data you have. I used to be a Microsoft Certified software trainer and as such I used to teach people how to do this sort of thing! There are two parts to this project - 1. You need a form, in which people can easily enter data. This would have drop down boxes, etc to maintain an accurate data set and make data entry quicker. 2. You need a report, which displays data that has been entered into the form. This report could be dynamic, so that the data in the report changes as data is entered into the form. The report could be something that is printed out also which is more static in nature. I would be inclined to use what is called an Excel Dashboard - where graphs and tables all appear on the one sheet, connected to the data. This can be printed also.

I've been using Excel in my current work of writing reports for a research company who send me their SpSS output, as well for many many years in my previous management roles. I also used to be a Microsoft Office trainer and taught people how to do this sort of thing.
