I need an architect/designer who is good with minimalist, upmarket look that has soul to render a house my son designed for his HSC major work. We have designed the house using Architect 3D by Avanquest as that is all I could afford so I would need to give the file to someone who has that program as we do not have any other program if you do the work using something else. I have pictures of what I want the rendering to look like.
