We have developed a PC based application for Chinese speakers to improve English language skills in standard and non-standard Air Traffic Control phraseology . The current situation has made the evaluation process for the app difficult and we are looking at moving it into an LMS for evaluation and eventual deployment.

In the first instance, we need someone to advise us on the alternative LMS/CMS systems that might suit our needs. Much of the content is audio and video presentations with associated quizzing. Of interest is the capability of incorporating online pronunciation evaluation (such as SpeechAce) . This may require a knowledge of LTI.

The project would involve a review of our existing technology and current LMS, research into options and a report on recommendations. Estimate is 8 hours consulting time but flexible on this. There may be more contingent work in setting up the system if mutually agreed.
