I have 3 year experience of Power Apps/PowerAutomate and can build an canvas app using SP as a backend Few areas which require clarifications.

a) Any workflow or notifications required? screens in the attached deck provide view about functionality but no workflow / notifications mentioned b) any branding requirements? preferred colour or themes or any reasonable look and feel will be ok? c) Screen 7 include a screenshot at the top for model drive (Dynamics 365) business process, is it relevant for the current work ? d) Field attributes for the customer list are per customer list or anything else required? e) are there any attachments required , if yes will you be ok with one attachment per record as more attachments will require custom connector which will take the solution to the premium connector.

My preference is to do it T&M as it will be easier for both sides but if you want fixed price i can provide a quote for that.
