I would require completion of construction drawings from preliminary stage. I would provide you with either Revit or CAD file with the Preliminary plans included for you to finalise, I would also send over a previous job i have completed so you can see how we present our work.

For your knowledge Preliminary Plans include - Site Plan Floor Plan (not detailed for construction) Elevations

I would require the construction drawings to be completed, which include - Detailed Site Plan Detailed Floor Plan Elevations (shouldn't require much more detail than what I have provided) Bracing and Timber Framing Plan with Truss Design Sectional Plan Flooring Framing and Stump Layout Plan OR Slab plan (this will depend on the type of construction) Roof Drainage Plan

I would prefer Revit, but we could work with ArchiCAD. Would you charge more to transfer it from a Revit file to an ArchiCAD file.

They will be already in Revit mostly, occasionally CAD.

Hi Emma, I would suggest if you are after plans to Australian Standards you need to provide a scope to achieve that goal. Including: -You state "finalise construction drawings. " You need to indicate what level of documentation you have already. -Floor areas? -Building type? -Local authority? -Construction type? -Will you supply the Revit model? -What standard has the Revit model been developed to i.e LOD?
