Looking to build your own team in the future and have a passive income. In the initial couple of months, you work alongside us, we give you online training to learn the ropes and build your pipeline and develop your selling ability. Once you're at the right standard we promote you to a team leader, which means you are able to start your own team. Having your own team, your own business is the future of your career, as you gain commission from their sales for an indefinite time and this brings a lucrative income. For instance our Top sales people are earning £15K per month, just from commission of their team alone. Like working remotely and choosing your own hours. We give you access to a list of products at cost price, you then sell it to your network. The pricing is so good for the quality of product that it’s an easy sell and people will make repeat orders as everyone loves a Designer Fragrance, whether it’s to smell good, or for a birthday present, christmas present or a present for a loved one. On your third month, if you are performing to a satisfactory level of a new team member, you will receive a car payment plan and a free holiday to reward your efforts. Building a team is the gold mine in this opportunity, you gain more than you would from a salary, and your income grows month on month as your team members create their own sales teams you benefit from their commissions too.
