I need a web developer / programmar /flash logo designer for my website for jobs to be added to my website and get it at the level of an easy to use and navigate for future cliental and eventually app store....

It needs extensive work done and willing to pay as we go along bits and pieces so as a job is done I am willing to pay and stick with the same person. This will be an on going assignment for someone including building databases etc.
