set up new website shop for selling fun food supplies

Currently have shop page on another website that needs to be set up in a new website. Need assistance choosing domain name as do not know which is best way to go. Prefer to use Word press as I am sort of familiar with it. Needs to be able to calculate the freight or request input prior to settlement/payment of order. Then need email address to link into the Website. Small item list of 20 or so items but with option to add more as the business grows.
