I am a qualified property valuer looking for a typist with experience in a valuation firm. I have ongoing work for the right person. $30 per residential report, $40 per commercial/development report. Templates provided. Must have experience with all SE QLD council websites and pricefinder or RPdata.

Hi Natalie,

I live in Caloundra.

I am currently on my last unit of a Bachelors Degree in Writing / English.

I have been a Property Manager for 12 years and have used RP Data and SC Council Website.

My sister is a Valuer here on the Coast but has been working for Caloundra Building Approvals, so I have access to these sources if I have any questions.

Currently on Maternity leave I am looking for freelance work from home.
