I need some outsanding items completed on my website as per items below:
1./ Freight I have purchased a plug in for Australia Post and have contract rates with them which needs to be added into website. For orders within Australia the standard shipping is free but I would like an option customers who want express post and charge them a flat $5.00 per order. (if this is difficult to do I will just leave it as free shipping) International postage contract rates are based on dead weights (no need to enter size of packaging) and I have product weights I can email you separately. The site has product pricing in USD and so the postage needs to be expressed in USD also – not sure if the plugin will allow this. If not maybe there is a work around where it could be converted into USD.
2./ Payment Options – Payment Gateway is Paypal Most orders are from the customers located in the United States I wanted to have Afterpay (or if there is something better to offer the US Market you know of?) or do you think the Payin4 option offered in Paypal gateway would be good? (I may need to get a US Paypal Merchant account ) I have an US and an Australian Afterpay merchant account but the integration has not been completed at their end because advised that my website had to be USD only. (Was originally setup to toggle between USD and AUD). From my understanding with the US Merhcant Account, customers from Australia and NZ will not be able to utilise the afterpay option but from memory I think customers in the UK & Germany were going to able to a month or two later (approx. Dec 2020).
4./ Communication - I saw something in the Woocommerce back end a few days ago….looks like I may be able to do this myself. Yes? AUTO EMAIL SETUP Account setup Template set-up Auto Responder email Welcome series x 2 emails
