season (AC repair & installation) with a limited monthly ad budget.
What I did:
→ Built a Performance Max (PMax) campaign with full asset group setup
→ Created audience signals based on homeowners, competitor searchers,
and past website visitors
→ Wrote high-converting ad headlines and descriptions focused on
emergency AC repair and same-day service
→ Set up call-only ads for direct phone lead generation
→ Integrated GA4 + GTM for call tracking and form submission tracking
→ Optimized budget allocation between Search and PMax campaigns
Results achieved:
✔ 47% increase in inbound calls during peak season
✔ Cost-per-call reduced from $38 to $21 within 60 days
✔ PMax campaign outperformed previous Search-only setup by 2×
✔ Achieved 85%+ impression share for top emergency HVAC keywords
