Services include: transcribing of audio and simple text files conversion into MS Word or Adobe files; transcribing hand written notes and documents into editable files; conversion of image files into editable word processing files; custom templates and macros to brand your documentation, and simplify formatting; conversion of text into many different formats including MS Notes, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher files and Adobe pdf, and creation of basic web sites with conversion of text into HTML, or customised content for information, article and post pages.

A seasoned freelancer, running my own business for many years, I provide clients with a skill-set across copy writing, technical writing, software testing, project management and administrative support activities. Clients have included a large number of Australian Federal Government Agencies and Departments, and private corporations including Optus, Fujitsu, and Service 1 Credit Union.

I have experience with a wide range of software including financial management systems (mainframe, network, PC based), testing software including JIRA, HP test management suites, Selenium and others. As a tester I have proven myself as readily able to quickly learn the functionality of a never ending stream of software, including the use of Google docs and other online productivity tools. Support roles have included managing project schedules, writing progress reports, and monitoring expenditure and activity. I have also developed templates and style-sheets for project documentation, and managed documents via version control, editing and proofing processes.

I have worked extensively with the MS software suite to provide services to clients including:
• MS Access and Excel to record and analyse data for clients; • PowerPoint and Visio to create diagrams and process charts; • MS Project for scheduling, progress reporting and recording financial expenditure, and. • MS Word, from developing templates and all forms of documentation - reports, user manuals, instructions and correspondence.
