I require 2-3 freelancers to manage the invoicing and bookkeeping of several tradie's businesses.
The role would include:
- prepare and send quotes,
- create/send invoices to customers shortly after the tradie has sent through the details,
- accounts receivable,
- accounts payable,
- profit/loss reports,
- other reports required for tax and bookkeeping.
Training and experience using Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks are essential for this role. However, if you have training and experience in two of these are are willing to learn the other, I will be happy with this.
This is the type of work that will enable you to be working on other freelance jobs, playing with your kids or doing whatever else you want so long as you have your phone with you to hear when you have been sent information for a new invoice or quote to prepare and send etc.
