As a freelance journalist/writer, with a writing style that's been described as informative, witty and refreshing, I have had close to 200 articles published nationally and internationally, in the fields of health, fitness, nutrition, beauty, lifestyle, travel and general features.

In 2002 I founded Jake Public Relations, a boutique agency for small to medium businesses. I have achieved diverse media coverage, including television, radio, online and print. I have presented at conferences and seminars and contribute to various industry publications.

I have ventured back into the field of freelance writing/content creation as writing is one of my true loves and perfectly complements PR.
