Web applications developer specialising in Flash, Flex and Ruby on Rails.

9 years professional experience.

My technical skills have always been underpinned by excellent verbal and written communication. As a developer, I am disciplined, self-motivated and meticulous; as a software architect, creative and forward-thinking; as a team leader and mentor, patient and sympathetic. I am a fast learner and good team player. In my next role I am keen to broaden my experience, to stay on the cutting edge, and to share my knowledge and expertise.
