I have had over 20 years experience in the Administration field. Over the last 5 years, I have been more concentrating on Social Media as an extension of my set skills. I currently Admin and run 2 x Business Listing groups and 2 x Buy & Sell pages on Facebook as well as Managing my own business page. I am also finishing off my Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Marketing. I find helping Clients via Remote access more beneficial and allows the clients to focus more on building their business and taking out some stress from managing a variety of tasks.

Webpage Re-design

WA Statewide Furniture Removals had previously had a scrolling webpage and was not user-friendly. The webpage was designed with Wordpress and I changed the Theme of the page to reflect the colour choices the Manager uses for the business as well as providing linked pages to: Quote Forms, Instant Call button for Mobile devices and a pop-up chat window for instant access to the Personal Assistant working for the company. The use of RSS feeds allows the company to update NorthWest runs within WA and allow customers to see that the company will be in their area on certain dates.
