Scott Dustin Penrose

This project spanned 2012 through 2017 in collaboration with Bill Penrose and Alison Kohout of New Zealand’s National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) to study the propagation of ocean waves from the edge of the sea ice, deep into the ice pack.
