I build simple websites like the one below. They auto change to a mobile version when viewed on smaller devices like phones and ipads.

They are built with Angular2 and hosted on Google App Engine's (GAE) cloud platform. This is ideal for small businesses because hosting will be free unless you are getting tens of thousands of hits a day. GAE auto scales so if you do get tens of thousands of hits a day you will not have to worry about upgrading the website to meet the extra demand.

These simple website do not have a backend. This means that they are just informational. The users can click through and read all about the business but do not have anywhere to write comments or provide information about themselves.
