I have over 12 years experience in freelance contracts, including editing academic theses, scientific journal papers, scientific and technical reports and books for government and academic clients, and IT technical writing for software. I have sound experience in using help authoring tools to prepare web-based technical documentation, and have prepared in-house style guides, and repurposed user guides and database reference information as web help topics.
