Virtual Administration - "Today is a great day to start something big"

I have been a virtual administrator for 6 years and worked within the administration field for almost 20 years. I have extensive experience in all aspects of Microsoft office as well as CRM software such as Infusionsoft, Zoho & Salesforce and more.

I have several adhoc & some part time clients some of whom have been with me for more than 5 years simply getting in contact whenever the need arises. My rate is a flat rate that doesn't change ensuring that you always know costings when budgeting a task.

I pride myself on my communication as I feel this is the key to a successful working relationship especially remotely. I am available to my clients via skype, email, messenger and of course phone.

I enjoy working with online teamwork platforms like basecamp or asana for task delegation and sharing of job requirements. I find it eases the demand on email and is a quicker form of communication and to give directive.
