I have over 40 years plus experience working as a Secretary/Administrator/Data Entry and all round Office staff member. I have 14 years experience working in the Banking Industry as a Secretary and then as a Bank Officer and Supervisor. Involved in all aspects of Branch Banking, from back office data entering to accounts payable, receivable, opening and closing accounts; Office Supervisor, ATM custodian and Teller. I have also worked as a Secretary at a Car Yard doing general office but mainly working for the Managing Director and doing Payroll. I have also worked as a Medical Typist at a Pathology Laboratory transcribing medical reports to Doctors from a dictaphone. My last job was at the WA Public Trustees as a Private Administrator's Support Officer for 5 years. We were required to audit accounts submitted by the Private Administrators annually. The Administrator's were appointed by the State Administrative Tribunal to handle any financial affairs on behalf of an incapacitated person and we had to scrutinize all the financial transactions to ensure there were no discrepancies. Sometimes there was a problem, and we would have to submit a report to SAT and attend the hearings.
