I have mastered the art of office automation and simplification through education, training and small business management. There are great benefits in these skills and I apply them to your business admin processes using simple techniques and applications you would most often be familiar with. I do anything from very simple like be your virtual receptionist to very complex jobs.
I am a great resource for small business startups by planning systems that will save you money from the word “Go”. With over 12 years experience, I'll be pleased to carry out internet research, e-mail campaigns, data entry, word processing, spread sheets, web site updating, social media marketing easily and in a timely manner. Also, I can help with virtual personal/admin responsibilities including the handling of your e-mails, maintaining calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and much more within this field of work.
