I've reviewed the mage/description you have provided and will use Illustrator to flesh the design out.

Aithough you haven't given a specific size, being worked in Illustrator it won't matter to much as it will be vector and therefore able to scale to fit into any context without pixelating. So I will assess the dimensions required for Facebook and Twitter and Snapchat.

I want to MAKE SURE THAT YOU WANT BOTH ARMS COMPLETELY REMOVED!?.

I will provide svg, .eps, ai (Illustrator) and .pdf. <- Vector file types I will also provide .psd .jpg .png .tif <- Rastor file types

Phase 2: Presentation of the first proof - 3 concepts will be developed to choose from, within 3 days( or an expedited time frame if you require) with 3 rounds of revisions to get the logo perfect ( faster turn around times are available if you have specific deadlines to meet. Just let me know.)

Phase 3 : We work together to decide on what changes you would like to make to these concepts and refine our design. I will then present the next round of proofs, proof 2 within the required timeframe. We will continue any changes you require in the final 2 rounds of revisions until your logo is perfect.
