I am looking for someone to take over my small, established, web development studio. All sites are built on a self hosted Wordpress platform, using a very flexible custom built base theme that is further developed using CSS to meet the clients requirements.

There are several projects currently under production and a number in the negotiation stage. Also a number of return clients, some trouble shooting work and some Ad Hoc design work on sites built by others. Business is located in a regional area - and focusses on sites for small business and not for profits. Primarily local and some national sites.

The business is for sale, but am looking for a contingency plan if I can't find a buyer. I am not looking for someone to do bits of the work (meaning I still need to project manage) - I'm looking to hand on all clients to another business.

You will need to be very experienced in up to date CSS. You must be in Australia. I have other commitments which mean that finding someone who can help my clients into the future is a priority.
