My previous employment has experienced me in taking on extensive proofreading projects and I have a proven track record of producing efficient and high quality results.

Through university, I studied English Literature, giving me a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of the written word and providing me with highly tuned grammar and literacy skills. Following my graduation, I applied these skills to an Editorial Assistant role in which I proofread and edited a novel manuscript in aid of an author. Following the success of this novel, I was offered more projects which involved writing and editing blog entries and editing doctorate theses for a top university in London.

More recently, at David Jones in Sydney, I took on the role of Online Content Coordinator within a web team responsible for moulding the functionality and usability of the brand-new department store website. This included coordinating and publishing online content and sourcing samples for photography, further experiencing me in proofreading and editing numerous writing styles and subject matter.
