Get the competitive edge and go local — Get an Aussie Freelancer!
Freelancers compete on experience, references and qualifications, not just price alone.
Strictly AUS and NZ freelancers only, for better work and easier communication.

OzLance isn't run to make a profit. Posting is free, and freelancers never pay.
Freelancers don't pay for staff, office rent or many of the other overheads a firm passes on to you. And OzLance takes no commission from either side, so what you pay goes to the person doing the work.
Posting a project is free. If you'd like it seen sooner, you can feature it for $9.90 (including GST). Freelancers never pay, and OzLance takes no commission.
Like any recruitment process, you'll get great applications and probably a few lemons even though we actively try to keep the lemon quotient low. Some of our freelancers come from senior roles in reputable companies and others are new university graduates, the key is finding the right freelancer for your job. You can request work samples, resumes and qualifications to help make your choice easier.
While it depends on the individual job, chances are the answer is "a lot." See our pricing guide to find out more.
