I am currently working as e-Learning Technology Consultant and has been working in IT & Telecom for more than 9 years specifically in Voice & Data Services domain. Either it’s ICT4D or Telecom, my focus area remained the same i.e. Enterprise, Solution and System Architecture. I have decent knowledge of supporting frameworks like ITIL, eTom, Frameworx and TOGAF and a certified ITIL and TOGAF practitioner. During my wi-tribe tenure I worked with Qatar Telecom (ooreedo) to apply standard practices in our daily operations. During my 10+ years’ of experience, I have been Leading end to end projects from inception, collecting requirements from end users/customers, preparing RFQ/RFP’s, doing vendor evaluation and in case of in house development translating requirements to system or application design, delivery, user acceptance and then to operational support. I consider myself very instrumental in business requirements analysis and solution architecture; have extensive vendor management experience either its evaluation & selection phase or post deployment SLA monitoring. Lead deployment of Data, Voice and Content billing, Service Activation and Provisioning, WiMAX AAA, IP Contact Center, NGN & IMS, personally supervised EAI (Enterprise Application Integration). Have deep understanding of Voice, VoIP & billing protocols like SS7, ISDN, SIP, H323, MGCP, H.248, RTP, RTCP, RADIUS & DIAMETER. Worked on Policy Control & Charging and its integration with WiMAX network.
