Sound experience of writing RFPs. • Implementation of Tools and Applications like Remedy, Micro strategy, Content Management System, Market Risk Online, Document Approval System etc. Developed in Various Technologies such as JAVA, VB, ORACLE, ASP .NET etc. • The Job requires interacting with Business Users, Delivery and Release Managers, and Technical Software Development Teams regarding the Implementation, Application Maintenance, Enhancements, Release Management, Deployments and Service Transitions. • Managing Service Improvement Projects related to Application and Software, Infrastructure Operations. • Work within the Framework of ITIL and Project Management Methodology PRINCE2. Knowledge of AGILE (SCRUM) and WATERFALL Models. • Resource Management, Budget allocation, Managing RACI Matrix according to the Projects.
