Currently in my last year of a Bachelor of IT at a high end University. Currently working in retail for a significant retail business, my area is a technology and customer based department. I am able to help with most troubleshooting issues, such as virus removal, wireless connection and connectivity issues etc. Both hardware and software related PC problems. I have built a few of my own custom PCs and I am always improving and adapting my skill set. I also have a little knowledge in a few coding languages such as, Java, PHP, HTML5. I have also studied User Centred Design and can assist with layouts and some level of website design. I consider myself a people person and will always provide the best advice I possibly can and the most efficient and cost affective solution for you or your business.
