Excel, data entry, PDF conversion, decks and design for business
I'm Gerald McIntosh, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia. I help Australian and NZ businesses with Excel, data entry, PDFs, decks, social and Google Business Profile posts, print and website copy.
Most jobs are delivered within 1 or 2 working days of receiving your files and payment, with changes within 1 working day of feedback. Every delivery is checked against your brief before it's sent.
Jobs under A$100 are paid up front. Larger jobs need a 50% deposit, then a watermarked preview; final files follow within 1 working day of the balance clearing. Bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal, same price.
Sample work for a fictional business: a square social media post for Thrennory Landscapes in Quandong Rise WA, one of a set of ten. I designed it around one set of brand colours, fonts and simple illustrations, so every post in the set looks like it belongs together.
Sample work for a fictional business: a supplier's PDF tax invoice, converted into an editable Excel spreadsheet. Each line item has its own row, numbers are stored as numbers, and the subtotal, GST and total use formulas. Every line total, plus the subtotal, GST and total, was checked against the original PDF.
Sample work for a fictional business: scanned service request forms keyed into an Excel worksheet, one row per request. Names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and dates are entered in a consistent format, so the sheet sorts and filters cleanly. Every entry was compared with the source form.
Sample work for a fictional business: a messy CSV order export, cleaned up into a tidy Excel file. I removed duplicate and blank rows, tidied names and suburbs, set dates to DD/MM/YYYY and stored amounts as numbers. A short change note lists every edit, and the one unclear entry is flagged rather than guessed.
