I have implemented and optimised multiple HRIS platforms — including Employment Hero — improving automation, onboarding, compliance and data accuracy. My background includes building HR functions from the ground up, leading investigations, improving WorkCover outcomes, developing policy frameworks, and supporting organisations through periods of transition and change.
