In my recent position working as a Customer Service Officer, I communicate with customers daily regarding their gas requirements and accounts. My main tasks are speaking with them and placing their orders into the systems and are following up with them in regards to their outstanding account while maintaining an exceedingly functional office environment.

In my next significant role with Intertek, I was responsible for both accounts payable and accounted receivable and well as purchasing, HR tasks and producing reports for the branch manager.
