I proofread and copy edit articles, blog posts, web content, ebooks and emails and other nonfiction texts. I am especially interested in working in the natural health/remedies, self-help, parenting and home/family niches. However, I am open to working on other nonfiction areas also.

My default style guide is the Chicago Manual of Style, but I will use another one that my client prefers.

My own writing provides me with plenty of editing practice, and I have copy edited 4 fiction novels. I would love the opportunity to polish your articles, websites or ebooks to maintain your credibility.

I have studied health writing through Health Writer Hub, studied copy editing and proofreading through Universal Class, and have completed another proofreading course through Proofread Anywhere.

Before submitting my proposals, I always read the job description carefully so I can tailor my proposal to address your specific job. I don't follow the cookie-cutter approach of submitting a generic proposal to all jobs.
