Lauren Bryant, of Empower House, has been a source of great support in many areas at the Mermaid Central Medical Clinic, and I would highly commend her services. Not only has she has written speeches, blogs, magazine editorials and newspaper articles for us, but has taken control of our Social Media. The content is well-researched, fun when required, engaging and beautifully written. The posts are quite beautiful and have been very successful in eliciting responses and patient participation. Onsite, she has assisted with training of all staff, doctors, nurses and reception, in the use of new technology. Lauren is such a good communicator, and this was done so professionally, and in such a friendly manner, that my staff wanted me to employ her full time. If only I could! She remains in charge of the Social Media, and I will certainly be using her for all future requirements in these fields.
