I have been assisting the family business now for over 18 years now with websites, logos, social media, marketing, network servers, cloud management, mail servers, customising documents, keeping the business up with technology - so have learnt along the way to become an amazing problem solver - but also from talking to many people I seem to know how to make things flow so much better once I understand what the intention is of the accounting software/documents/spreadsheets, etc. I have also worked with both Mac & Windows. Also know Apple phones & pads - as well as the Android side of things too.

I have thorough experience with Xero and majority of the addons - if I haven't dealt with it - it doesn't take me long to work my way around it.

Happy to prove websites and templates I have constructed but will remove all logos and personal information prior to doing so for the sake of privacy and trademarks.

The line I use for most people who I meet is - something that may take you hours/days/weeks to work out I can have resolved in way less time and you can get back to the work you do best - your business!
