We are looking for a digital strategy expert to run our client communications and become the first point of contact for the company. We want someone with the ability to manage multiple web design and marketing projects and stick to timelines.

About You

You have a track record of successful delivery of marketing campaigns and web development. You have managed multiple stakeholders and the delivery of their goals. You have clear examples of when you have overcome challenging project situations internally and client facing. You will have a portfolio of successfully delivered projects. You naturally get along with people. You live and breath digital marketing and know exactly what makes a good sales funnel. You have worked with multiple clients on multiple projects all at the same time, and are motivated to grow businesses

As the Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for clients. You will be full of energy and passion for helping people to grow their business. You will understand project management, and software development lifecycles as well as content creation and approval processes.


  • Meeting with clients in person and over the phone

  • Managing campaigns through project management tools to ensure that all team members have everything they need to complete client deliverables.

  • Preparing requirements & strategy documentation, project plans, and content briefs for design, development and content creation.

  • Managing outcomes for clients through effective communication, and project management and coordination of contractors

  • Reviewing the work of contractors and with the client to obtain sign-off.

  • Keep clients informed with weekly, monthly and quarterly project progress reports and meetings.

  • Manage the delivery of web development projects through content, design, development and testing.

  • Manage all documentation relating to a client and their project.

  • Deliver projects on time and on budget to the client satisfaction.

  • Online marketing & PM tools

  • SEO

You will be responsible for the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for clients, as well as assisting with internal projects for the company. These campaigns will be focused on driving traffic to a website, converting this traffic into leads, and then nurturing those leads into customers. You be responsible for ensuring the campaigns are delivered on time to a high quality.

The Opportunity

  • This is a contract based role with the opportunity to grow to a full-time role

  • Initially, you shall work from home, with meetings in person until a desk is provided

  • The ideal candidate will assist with Business Development with commission,

  • Goals will be outlined to earn an equity stake in the business
