I'm returning to live in Sydney after a 20 year absence spent in the UK.
I am planning on buying an established business in Sydney and I need some accountancy and legal advice. I currently run a business in the UK but there seems to be some difference in the rules and regulations in Australia.
I would like someone to look at the financial docs provided by the vendor and provide advice on the viability of the business and also advice on obtaining finance.
The business trades as a Ltd company and has a turnover of approximately $310.000.
