we are looking to automate the process of registering people who are buying take away alcohol from our shop which need to be summit like a report at end of month to authorities. Like enter details of a person like full name,dob, address and lic no or passport or photo id number and location he is going to consume this takeaway. Barred areas and post codes should pop up alert. then enter type of product and amount purchased and date and time stored. If this person is already there with restrictions it should pop up alert.

This seems to be a reasonably simple data entry and processing application. There would need to be a front-end set of forms and screens interacting with a database backend; you've already delineated most of the data that needs to be put into it. We would have to scope some more details before I could say just how the app would be done. But I have many years of software development experience which has involved hammering out requirements quickly and neatly. Once this is done, the development would proceed smoothly.
