Architect Job Request

I am after some design ideas for the front of our house built in the late 60s.

I want to modernize it with a light grey / dark grey rendered finish.

I want the front to look like a newly built house.

I would like a couple of designs I can decide between with my partner to show our builder.

Main features on wish list -

• Stacker / Bi-fold doors opening up onto balcony.

• Glass railing on balcony.

• Large Timber framed windows down and upstairs.

• Large front entrance door.

• New panel lift garage door.

• Bring garage door further out to be flush with house brick walls, possibly the downstairs walls also if this compliments the design.

• Lighting to light up walls of the front house.

I have attached a photo of a house showing the colour pallet we like.

I have attached a photo of stacker door style I like for upstairs to open up onto the balcony for entertaining.

I have attached a photo of the style of entrance door I like.

I have also attached a few photos of the front of the house showing the current look as well as the floor plans with its dimensions.
