A 30 second flash based animation. A high level of animation is required, as there are quite a few characters, scenes and sound effects required. Ideally voice acting would be included, but is not required, and can be supplied separately.

A text based storyboard can be supplied to interested animators that can demonstrate examples of their work.

3D could be applicable if the characters and rendering is done in a cartoon style. If you have a suggested visual style, please include.
