We have approximately 360 evaluation forms from a recent event; the comments need to be summarised as bullet points into a word document. Paraphrasing is appropriate as many comments are similar. A degree of initiative is required to decide which comments to include, and those that have already been mentioned. A paragraph summarising the general comments must be drafted. Evaluation scores (1 - 5) need to be added into an Excel spreadsheet to determine average scores for each presenter.
